Wanted something more than the average hotel stay however this wasn't as grand as we thought. The same egg frittata, potatoes, fruit and cereal for breakfast for our 3 day stay, kind of expected more. The pillows looked comfy but turns out were flat. You would think staying in a better than average hotel they would have softer toilet paper and tissue, thank goodness we brought our own. The in room coffee was great (hopefully free) but the other drinks and snack were outrageously over priced. Again thank goodness we brought our own. On a good note the location is close to attraction we wanted to visit.

Very nice stay at the London.
The rooms are nice and big. The bathroom was really great😊 the rooms could do with an upgrade with the enterior and the breakfast was not the best.
But all in all - a great stay.

Fantastic location for exploring Hollywood and Beverley Hills. The Starline (hop-on hop-off) sightseeing bus stopped immediately outside the front of the hotel. The hotel had great amenities and a stunning rooftop bar/restaurant and pool area with sun umbrellas. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we look forward to another visit soon.

Very nice property. Great customer service. Amazing how the hotel creates its own oasis in the heart of West Hollywood/Hollywood/Beverly Hills. Very quiet and you will see a celebrity or two!

I loved everything about our stay here. It was the perfect hotel for us with an incredible location. Roomy with a lovely outdoor space and a great gym. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel - clean, room was huge and bright, with a nice small balcony, great breakfast, and the staff was excellent. We went to check out some nearby hotels just to compare but this one was the nicest. We’ll return for sure.
