The landscape was horrible, googles drooping on the walkways, the grass needed to be cut and parking lot needed to be cleaned. The pool was green, dirty and fill of leaves. Once off the main level, the hallways were hot and smelled stall, they did not have the AC on in the hallways. The first room they gave us had puddles of liquid on the floor, two large puddles on the carpet and one in front of the bathroom door mini-fridge. There were two dead bugs on the floor in front of the mini fridge. They did change out room which was better, however, the shower had hair in it, the bathroom floor had hair on it, there was trash that was not cleaned besides the nightstands. The mattress for the pull-out bed was very old, we could not use it because it was too thin and you could feel the metal springs. We decided to not add another night to our trip and just go home

The rooms are not ready to go into until 3:00 so I don't understand why they didn't come back and check to see if we took the sign down. For $400 for 2 nights I expected a much better experience. I would take this hotel off your list as a recommended hotel. I will NEVER stay in a Holiday Inn ever again.

July 4 weekend and the pool was closed, green. No milk at breakfast. Large gap in room door, scary from elevator. We did stick towels under which helped. So far, no word from property.

Upon entering the hotel there were people smoking weed at the entrance. The lobby had a large leak dripping into a bucket. Once reaching the floor I was staying on, the temperature was around 90 degrees in the hallways. The room was dirty and had stains on the sheets, with food leftovers all over the microwave. The pool was completely abandoned and overgrown with algae. I booked this based on solid review online but it was overall one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The stay was okay. The staff were very polite and helpful. The main reason for staying at this location was for the pool but it was closed due to ownership change and some licensing changes.

Customer Service was great! Room was nice and clean and cozy. Just a little disappointed that the pool was down and not being able to use it. Decent breakfast bar.

Had a cockroach in in the room and the lobby wall had a smaller one climbing it. Room was clean other than that. Checking in was told by a staff member that they weren’t sure if the doors were going to be closed due to circumstances. A lot of Staff quit earlier in the day.

The property is not well maintained - only one elevator worked. The pool was disgusting with debris and frogs. Will not stay there again and will make sure others know. Breakfast was stale and very limited.
