I spoke with a staff member three times informing them my daughter (who was trying to evacuate Florida) would be a day late. Reservation was paid in full for three days. My daughter called as she was driving to the motel 6 to say she was on her way and was informed “the computer had cancelled her reservation”. I called the facility at that point and was told by the staff member she had no control over anything because the reservation was through Hotels.com. This whole experience was horrendous, left my daughter at risk and the staff took no personal responsibility in spite of the impending category 5 hurricane. I will not be using Hotels.com in the future and will make sure this experience is posted on Social media.

Plenty of dining options nearby-some in easy walking distance. Rooms were clean and nice, front desk staff very helpful

The property was fine we had an issue that there were 3 pillows on the be and then there was only one very uncomfortable chair in the room.

Towels & bathroom wasn't clean. A few roaches crawling. I had to use roach spray. Very loud noise each night we'd stayed. Too many people hung around the hotel. Only one of the front desk agent was nice & handled my reservations well. The other front desk agent was a little rude & made us felt some type of way.

There was no hairdryer. I was told by the front desk that it was "against regulations". There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash - just a skinny little bar of soap in a sticky cellophane wrap. There was no Kleenex. All of the above I had to go out and buy. There was no coffee maker, or coffee in the lobby. A most unhappy stay.

Smoking holes in pillow cases. Large stain on bedspread also numerous burn holes. I would not suggest this facility to anyone.

This motel was in the perfect location. Just minutes to the event we were attending. With restaurant within walking distance of motel parking lot.

Very close to the concert.

First room I was given the door lock was broken and the key didn't work. The second room the sink was leaking and the floor was soaked.

stayed one night I had a pleasant stay. Nice pool area.

Several family members had rooms at this facility for a weekend. Each of us is completely satisfied with the accommodations. Although all of our family events were held away from the facility, it was a comfortable place to come back to. Clean, cool, staff friendly, and near to great eateries and shopping.

Clean and employees were very friendly. The 5:30 trash pick up was quite loud outside my room!
