My experience was poor. The toilet overflowed first day, the a/c would not go off, the telephone did not work, and the TV did not work. Workers came and were able to fix everything but the a/c. I asked management for some discount based on the problems, but he was nonresponsive. Friends who stayed there did not have these problems, however. Breakfast was good.

Bathtub was dirty, and phone was broken. Had to ask for the room to be clean and had to go down to retrieve linens for the sofa bed but asked room service for it the day of arrival. The pool was not available. Certainly not worth the $223.

Our room had a smell that we couldn’t identify. Also the couch under the cushions was filled with mildew that looked like it had been there a while. Disgusting!!!

The hotel is noce and i stay there about 4 or 5 times a year and seems check in is always an issue. I request pet froendly and its never ready. They have to scramble to move rooms around. This is after i call to tell them. How long is the pool going to be temporally xlosed. Its been like that for over 2 years now.

room smelled like someone had been smoking pot. Shower - not very clean and. the water backed up into the tub while taking a shower.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Did not like the pillows, carpet was dirty, and the water pressure in shower was terrible.

Had a nice stay, room was clean and front desk clerk very friendly. Only complaint was walls very thin, could hear the kids in next room.

The young lady that works the 3-11 shift was amazing. Our room was clean. Parking was close by (we had a trailer). Beds were comfy. No complaints.

Check in was at 3pm, room was not ready until 10pm, we reserved a suite with a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was old and disgusting and not ready, we had to ask for linens at 1030pm and had to make it ourselves after waiting in the parking lot forever for our room to be ready. It was so disgusting that we just all piled in the two beds and let the sleeper sofa just lay. The worst part was the staff did not care, not one bit and offered no reconciliation even when asked. They seriously did not care.

The pool and hot tub were broken and we were supposed to be on first floor because we had our dogs but they put us on the third floor and they were constantly cleaning the room besides ys at 3 and 4 in the morning
