Staff was not at all friendly and not always available. Dogs barking on and of each day. Noise in bathroom area day thru night. Workmen hammering and drilling thru Sunday. Only 1 face cloth, 1 towel and 1 bath towel. No cream, sugar or coffee asked for receipt when checking out but did not show total amount. I have had many travels across country and this is the first time I have complained.

When booking your room online they don’t state that there is a CASH deposit. When questioned the gal said it does not state this on third party websites, but on our website it does state the deposit. Which how am I suppose to know the deposit amount if not stated. I would have been more prepared.

So then we had to make sure non of our items were agents a wall. Beds were decent. Bathroom needs work. Cosmetically but it was ok. The lock on the door was a simple chain lock you can find on apartment doors. While it took me by surprise it was fine.
I would not stay here again nor would I recommend people stay here. I would pay up for a hotel to ensure there were no bugs. I can handle cosmetic stuff, the bugs is a completely different story.

Asked for non smoking but it reeked of smoke. My son has asthma and it was a very uncomfortable night for him. Our neighbors were loud and partying all night.

The cleanliness was okay, it smelled bad when you walked in the room. There were dripping faucets in tube. The thing that bothered me the most was that they required a $60 dollar cash deposit after my card was already charged through the website. Overall the stay was okay for what I needed it for, but i will not be returning, it was cheap room and you get what you pay for.

The front desk woman was always rude and no help at all with a poor attitude I wish I would’ve taken her name down but I didn’t she has burgundy hair tho she’s no good as a receptionist they also gave my info to the police and confused me for someone else that was a scary situation for my children I when I asked to have my room changed no one did anything unfortunately

They talked to front desk who offered a room change but ultimately were not comfortable staying. Front desk staff was friendly and said refund would be no problem. Manager came out and also said to make sure to call where the reservation was made to get a refund. Well after booking elsewhere and after the booking site tried to contact to verify refund; Manager denied the refund. How can they still remain open???

Didn't like the Host plus she tried to charge me a deposit which the other host didn't, I took pictures of a broken glass, I told her about the door that didn't close, AC didn't requested for another room but she wanted to cancel my room so I did,took almost another week and a half to receive my refund, very Nasty Host, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

The towels look used the shower mat was dirty. The rooms look outdated. The bed gave me 2nd thoughts so we slept without gettin under the covers The walls were full of cracks. This place was more for houseless and night walkers

This was a very sketchy hotel, everything was gross, lots of sketchy people as well. The front desk lady was nice, but I had to wait 25 minutes for the manager to come help her. Definitely the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

Instead of begging for cash deposit so she can charge you for every nuance in the room before you leave, she should be more concerned about the fighting that goes on in the rooms. The noisiness, the music being played, and the people who live in the hotel. It's a dog hotel there's dog poop everywhere. The mirror was cracked in our room they had holes punched in the walls. The walls wete filthy the floors were stained the bedding was stained it's an awful hotel it needs to be shut down if you stay here please do not use any of their towels you might catch leprosy. If you can help it just bypass this headache all together.

I didn't like the fact that they wanted a $60 cash deposit and then iscrutinized the towels and charge me $10 for the big towel and $5 for the little towel because my dog threw up. So be aware that their intent is not to give you your deposit back but to actually keep it for every little nuisance they can think of to keep your money.

They booked me for a night stay then said there was no rooms available on the 1st floor which I need I'm disabled and can't help have to go through Exspeda who took the payment off my cc card and will not respond back
