The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They had a full buffet, and the food was good.

Check in time they had only 1 receptionist and a consistent line of about 20 people due to cruise ship leaving the next day. After check in we went up to the room and when we decided to go out into town the elevators were broke. Tried speaking to house keeping but that proved difficult because of a language barrier which was ok. The lady called to the front desk and they told her to have us use the stairs for now. Went down the stairs and we couldnt get through any of the doors because yoh have to swipe a key card from that floor. Went to the other end of the building and tried those stairs and still everything was locked. Called desk they said theyd send someone to HELP US GET OUT OF TGE HOTEL. The emergency doors, nothing would open. They help did not come. Then we finally got out and i went to the front desk which was still busy and staffed by 3 people now. I asked to speak to the manager and the man said there isnt one available to speak to you and i ask him to have the manager call me once it slowed down, never got a call. The workers were laughing as we tried to ask them how to get out and made jokes like the elevators took a break. Was very frustrating and honestly the way it was handled and ignored i wouldnt sat here again.

Hotel is a little old has some wear and tear but overall good. Restaurant was a little pricey and no meal comps considering the cost to stay there. Our room keys didn’t work the first time so had to go back down to the desk to rectify the issue. Ice machine only worked on the 10th floor. Very inconvenient

Hotel in good position for the criuse terminal, hotel ok in the public areas, but our room was very dated, furniture old and worn with rips in the soft furniture, chairs etc.. safe did not work and no cups in room.

I’ve stayed at several Crowne Hotels. This hotel wasn’t the same. The chair in the room was shredding. There were linen carts in the hallway. The staff was exceptional. The area and environment was great. The quality of the room kind of set back my opinion on the room.

My stay was calm and uneventful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I'd like to mention was the mini-fridge make a squeeling noise. Once i turned on my sound machine to sleep, I couldn't hear it anymore. But if I didn't have the sound machine, the noise would have probably kept me awake. Otherwise, great stay! Gorgeous view of the harbor and perfect location for restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

The lady receptionist when I arrived was amazing , remembered my name and the room I like and she gave it to me . Was fast professional and really made me feel good The room did not smell fresh but everything else was great. The reception when I got in was awesome she is the same lady who helped me the first time I went there over two years ago ,

Very friendly and helpful staff work here. The buffet breakfast had nice variety with something for everyone. The rooms are worn and dated but comfortable.

The hotel was falling apart. The lights in the room did not work, the sink in the was broken. The fuse box was exposed. Plus I reserved a Queen bed and got 2 full beds, not very romantic.

We stayed at this hotel for a 3 day music festival that was about 1.5 miles down the road. The hotel was one of the only decent hotels in the area. The staff was great, especially Jimmy/James that bellhop. The room was large and had a mini fridge. The water pressure in the sink was full blast, but pretty weak in the shower. The pool area was nice and the water was warm. I would stay here again.

Conveniently located in Downtown San Pedro. The area offers plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very pleasant especially Jimmy at the bell desk. The room was large and comfortable. It had a mini fridge that was cold. The pool was nice and water warm, but they didn't have any pool towels. There is a bar and restaurant on site.
