I loved the attention and service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room as just perfect and it is located in a prime location. The old town is just across the street. I’d definitely be going back there.

This was a great older hotel in an amazing central location in Geneva. It has interesting and well decorated rooms that provide a flourish of elegance. The service and the added touches that we are accustomed to in a 5 star venue were lacking however. We are used to attentive service and more polish in the guest orientation. We enjoy small touches like ensuring that we have tea or coffee preferences in the room, and perhaps a query as to whether fresh milk would be helpful for the tea. The breakfast was nice but again liked the variety and the quality of places like The Royal SAvoy in Lausanne or the Trois Rois in Basel. Pleasant stay nonetheless.

Excellent area. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Small hotel situated in the heart of old town shopping area, with best high end shops around at walking distances. One block from Lake Geneva and the garden Clock.
After staying a few times on the other side of lake where big nice hotels are located and transportation is always necessary, I found this little gem hidden in the heart of old town fancy shops, little cafes and restaurants area.

Nice location with a wonderful staff. Facilities were nice except air conditioner did not keep the room cold and bed was uncomfortable.

Great location, comfy bed, nice staff. The hotel is dated and not my style … but it was nice and really did the trick.
I would probably shop around to try to find a more contemporary styled hotel, but if I don’t find one, I’ll come back.
Usually I have stayed at the ritz which is definitely nicer but a little bit of a walk to the main shopping area.

I stayed in room 58 the night of 4-5 May 2024 (a suite) under the window of the room there is a metal roof so every time it rains it is impossible to sleep, it's like having a drum in the room. The response of the receptionist was absolutely inadequate, it is a shame that they sell that room without remedying the noise from the roof.
