Nice comfortable room near the hospitals.

Front desk person that checked us in was very helpful with the UBER App. Basically was hands helping schedule early morning transportation to the Airport.
Morning front desk was very courteous and helpful as well, with receipt.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location is close to downtown. The pillows were soft but should have provided more than two each. Not easy to stack and sit in bed to watch TV. Overall, well worth the money. Continental breakfast was pretty good too.

The best place to stay in Billings. Always friendly staff, safe, and clean. We love the popcorn in the evening!
My only suggestions are, will you please serve water at your breakfast bar, and please put bottled water in your vending machines. We always need to make sure we bring bottled water for our stay.

I’m not sure why this hotel has such high ratings. The room is so so, the coffee pots water holder had mold on it so the water has been sitting for awhile. It’s an older hotel, but I was expecting better for the high ratings. The breakfast was cold, and rooms could be cleaner. I would look elsewhere if I was staying in Billings again

We were able to check in an hour early. Room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Location is about 5 minutes to/from airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store and drugstore. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Safe, clean place to stay. Staff are friendly.
Only small complaint is no bottles of water in vending machines, and no water available at breakfast service (has been this way for the 4-5 years we’ve stayed here)

The breakfast was wonderful and check out was fast and easy. Close to airport so when we opened the window at night the sound of planes taking off was heard. Great value for the money and would recommend

There were quite a few people staying who were visiting the hospital next door. Not much to do in this area and very little dining. Hotel was lovely.

Hotle itself was fine, shower was particularly nice. Was a very loud place to stay both inside and out though. Also the coffee maker in the room didn't work. Breakfast was delicious and the cookies & popcorn were a nice treat in the evening.
