Clean room and bath. The shower was satisfactory but the shower head was in poor condition. The TV didn't work. and neither did the phone until I reported it. The Embarcadero location is lovely and the adjacent fishing pier is a pleasant place to relax.

One of the best place to stay! The front desk was super friendly and welcoming. The area is quiet and respectful. On top of that, affordable and a great view of the pier.

Room came with literally nothing except for two towels that didn’t even seem clean Heard some noise that kept us up the whole night , and there were homeless people around the area that were slightly shy of intimidating Bathroom had no shampoo, tub was dirty and it was just not pleasant as we hoped it to be

The staff was very nice The room was okay but it smell a lot of cigarettes and mariguana. I had to cancel one night was not going to stay with my children there hearing and smelling like that.

They don't clean up the room everyday

Seedy area nearby but motel is tucked away in a cozy and pretty marina. MJ dispensary within walking distance as well.

Rooms were alright, nothing fancy but they did the job. Staff was also alright. Very very close to Oaklands homeless camps although we did not have an issues. Nice that the Pier was right behind the hotel. People loitering outside the rooms though asking for money and cigarettes.

We stayed two nights.This is an inexpensive motel, so we didn’t expect much, but we couldn’t put up with the room we were given the first night because there were only two electrical outlets - one inoperative, and the other only worked when the light was on, so our devices couldn’t charge overnight. There were other inconveniences too, like no counter at the bathroom sink, and no fridge. I got the feeling we were given the worst room they had because we booked through Expedia at a discount rate. The staff was helpful and pleasant though, and agreed to move us to another room for the second night. This room was much better overall than the first.
