The Hyatt at Johns Creek is a gorgeous hotel with many nearby places to shop or dine. We felt safe and relaxed. The room was spacious and updated.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at stains on sheets I had to buy my own sheets and pillow cases because I had my 6 year old daughter with me. Shower was not cleaned had hair all in it. Had to disinfect. And to top it off the ceilings had leaks in it and patched up walls look like it was busted before and they patched it up. Do not recommend.

The only thing is concerning, is that I have a child and there’s people around the property smoking weed and the smells gets into the room, also there’s need to be a little more maintenance to the furniture, but after all, the stay is amazing

Was really surprised by the rate I got and how nice the establishment was and the amazing complimentary breakfast! That they kept stocked! Great service and moved us to a convenient room when our original room had no cold water. But otherwise was amazing! Very pleased

Rooms were gross, the soap holder has never been cleaned. My sheets were stained. The Ice bucket was nasty and the liner was too small to fit the bucket. Will not use again for my next trip.
