When walking into the room it had an odor we went to sit on the bed to relax and discovered the bed was made with dirty sheets with body hair on them the floor had dirty foot prints and trash in the can, received a second room which was very nice and an upgrade we appreciated that, we enjoyed board game we brought in the lobby with the fresh popped popcorn we know its a pet friendly hotel but there needs to be a cap on the amount too many walking the halls and barking and on 2 incidents people where using the water in the lobby for guests to literally fill their dog bowls might need a separate location for animals

The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The room, a King suite, was roomy and convenient. There's always some road noise which is part of the deal when the location is easy from the freeway but it didn't disturb us. Will certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly! We will stay here again next time we are in town. It was the cleanest hotel room I have ever had!

Great staff at checkin late evening. I was surprised going to the room that there was just very slow elevator. I didn’t think then that would be a good idea since if it’s needing maintenance or is out of order, the only other option would be the staircase. Who wants To show up and be told your room is on the 4th floor and it’s on you to get all your luggage to your room. We were thrilled with the room. So round my and nice. Went to breakfast the next morning and it was a typical hotel buffet breakfast. I got a luggage cart and went up to the third floor to gather our things. And pack up everything. Then started to elevator, but the elevator was being used by the people cleaning the rooms. It seemed like the 3rd floor was where everything was stored. First a staff person gets off the elevator and in her determination to make both the housekeeping person with his cart and then me with my luggage cart that she just let the elevator go. Then the housekeeping person in front of me couldn’t get in the elevator when it stopped due to his big cart and other people always on it. I finally gave up and made two trips hauling our luggage down the stairs. I took my room door cards to the front desk and told the front desk person just how bad this was to make employees more a priority of elevator than customers trying to get around the hotel. She just said that it’s an issue for housekeeping as well and blew me off. So if no one cares, nothing is going to be fixed.

This is what you expect and more. Very clean, even the pool! Staff, the room, breakfast and even the coffee were great!

Everything was great but I think they are super short staffed. It took 4-6 phone calls to get in touch with someone to discuss my reservation on two different days. Breakfast was phenomenal! Staff was great once I arrived and one I did get a hold of someone they were excellent.

The mini fridge in the bedroom does not have a freezer component and I needed to store my frozen breastmilk. They were quick to offer their freezer for our stay. Also, sometimes it’s the little things that makes your stay. Their breakfast options were great! Multiple flavors of cream cheese, everything you need to make a breakfast burrito, and delicious coffee! Everyone we encountered was very polite. I wish every La Quinta like this!

Very close to the interstate. Lot‘s of stores around the hotel.

Walking distance to grocery stores and dining also close enough to ride your bike to a park very friendly staff and very comfy beds

This was a quick stop on the last leg of our trip from the northeast back home to KC. Hotel was super clean, offered breakfast and had cookies available all day. There were many choices of restaurants nearby.
