The hotel desk staff gave us a number for Lufthansa airlines that turned out to be a fraudulent number and resulted in our being scammed a large amount of money.

Smallish room but plenty for one person. Would be tight for 2. Bathroom floors EXTREMELY slippery when wet. Be careful. (Im an interior designer and know that polished porcelain has no place in a bathroom). Bed comfortable. Room was updated and well kept. Breakfast great. Staff nice. I will definitely stay here again! VERY close to train station and easy walk to city center. Great stay overall!

Excellent location for being able to walk to most of the attractions and city centre. Verona is a beautiful city and will certainly go back. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but you have to remember you are in Italy.

Quirky lobby, lovely rooms. Good breakfast. Loved that it was a little outside the main busy area of Verona, but easily walkable in 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again. Staff very helpful.

We only stayed one night but the hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the reception area was comfortable and clean. The bedroom was on the top floor. It was lovely. Very clean and stylish. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Arena and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a delightful one-night stay at Hotel Giberti & SPA Verona. The hotel was very nice, with extremely comfortable beds and a room and bathroom that were both very clean and well presented. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, accommodating us in the lounge as we waited to head to the airport.
Breakfast was delicious, offering an excellent selection of choices. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short and easy walk from the sights of Verona and Piazza Brà.
My only criticisms are minor: I tried calling room service on a couple of occasions without getting a response, and there was no information in the room about hotel services, including a room service menu or minibar prices.

The madras were very hard. Be aware that the spa is not included when you book a room. You have to pay extra. It’s and okey hotel, nothing special, but it was very clean and that’s a big plus
