I ordered a room with fireplace but I think I should have been told the fireplace doesn’t work until Winter time though it was in the 40s as far as temperature.
The carpet had large stains in several places
Other than that I must say that I enjoyed my stay with husband and teenage daughter. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

It was a very nice hotel except the bug we foubd in our bed in room 307 that but my wife and we got no compensation.We gave the bug in a baggie to the front desk when we checked out in morning. This Was August 17th 2024 .

The hotel was very close to Mall of America, and it also offered complementary shuttle to the Mall. The staff during the first shift was great, they were very kind and explained everything/scheduled the shuttle for us and even gave us coupons book for the Mall of America. The staff the next day was not so great, we called for the shuttle, and they forgot to tell the driver, so we had to wait at the Mall for the shuttle to pick us up. Breakfast was free and pretty good. The room was good but outdated and thus not very pleasant to be in it.

Pull out couch and one bed were not comfortable. TV kept turning off and glitchy. The room was big and fit our family of 5 well. There also was not a hot tub and the pool was cold.

Great place for families! Very conveniently located near restaurants, highways and the Mall of America. Complimentary breakfast was a nice option. Outdoor tables/seating was a nice place to relax and keep an eye on the kids. We would stay here again.

The hotel was very good over all. They had plenty of options for breakfast and everything tasted good. The staff was very nice and made both check in and out easy. The bed was not necessarily to my liking but it is a hotel after all and they can't make the perfect bed for everyone, however the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible and really isn't fit for anyone to sleep on. It was extremely thin and every bar in the folding mechanism you could feel. My only other complaint would have to be the tub and the bottom shape, it was like a "v" shape and made it extremely hard to stand. Either way even with the quirky tub and terrible sleeper sofa it wasn't to bad.

Oscar and the new guy working with him were very helpful in helping us navigate to the sites we wanted to see. The hotel staff was helpful and arranged Lyft rides for us several times. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Only negative comment would be having to pay for parking in the parking lot. Don't understand that at all. Underground? Yes-but not just to pull into the parking lot. Take that into consideration when you're comparing prices. If it doesn't say "free parking", expect to pay at least 10.00/night. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

Our first time staying and absolutely enjoyed our stay for 3 days. Less than 5 mins driving from Mall of America and can take the shuttles every 30 mins which was super convenient if that’s you prefer. We would definitely stay there again!
