The hotel is very pretty. The territory around it looks great. The front desk employees and other staff thought out the hotel very pleasant and always say hello once you encounter them in the hallways. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about some people working the entrance. Once before checking in I was given an advice I didn’t ask for. Second time before checking out the guy was running behind and asking for room number even after was told that I would check out later. Especially when check out is at 12 and this was before 11. I’ve never 👎 encountered anything like this before. Very odd for the 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, kept spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It really is a stunning experience staying in the hotel. The only downfall I would say is that due to the room and bathroom floor being marble, it can get quite slippy when wet. Also there is a soap tray at the side of the bath that serves no purpose (as there is a pump soap dispenser above it) and I cut myself off the side of it when coming out of the bath.

The hotel itself was beautiful! Our room was spacious and clean.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, lovely room really no complaints except the security and pool staff. They treated guests like animals, spoke down to us, long queues for towels. Asked for an extra towel for the baby was refused. My wife ate some sweets by the pool and was told off and then had security patrolling up and down by our beds in case she ate them again! Such nasty people. It’s a shame as the hotel is beautiful although the pool area was alittle crowded overall had it not been for the pool/ security staff it would have been a great trip!
