My stay was excellent. We were checked in easily. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and Vee was the best at what she does. Felt like I was at home.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was just somewhat weird that there was no hand soap in the room. There was body gel, shampoo & conditioner but no hand soap.

Place was a comfortable stay

We had a quick overnight trip to see a ball game. It is very close to the ball park and many other attractions. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. All the staff was very nice and made us feel welcome.

I used the Hotels.com app for the first time. I had seen their advertisement on T.V. and I figured that I would check it out. Turns out that I found that the app is easy to navigate, and am able to look at reviews that prior customers. I found the hotel to be clean other than the elevators. I don't pin this point on the hotel, but I blame it on parents by allowing their children to get out of the pool then walk in to the hotel with wet clothes dripping water on the elevator and floors. All in all, we had a great time and experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the ATT Stadium was 4 minutes from the hotel, hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast food was great, having plenty options of food to chose from. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel has an outside pool which is nice for kids.

While the front desk guy was very good, it was not a good stay. I was on the 3rd floor and when I got to my room (late), I realized that the ceiling was covered in a swarm of insects. So I had to move down a floor which took a while (I had to go through all of my clothes). That TV's support was broken in the new room and the water cooler and elliptical in the gym were broken. Generally a run down property. The manager promised me points but when I emailed him later to follow up, he didn't respond. Very disappointing as I've stayed in other Springhills and they were good.

The manager Kim was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating us with getting to and from the Ranger’s stadium and the hotel by telling us of some options. She then gave us tickets for the Trolley. It was PERFECT and made our entire day so much easier. She is very caring to her guests. We Will stay at Spring Hill again if we are in the area mostly because of her!

The property was direct across the street to Hurricane harbor which would make it easy to walk there instead of paying for parking. Breakfast was terrible only had sausage, powder eggs. Need to add more like bacon, waffles, pancakes and etc.

I liked nothing about the property. And then the free breakfast they give the milk was nasty and chunky old milk just gross.

The hotel was located close to 6Flags and AT&T stadium but it smelt like mold in our room. The rooms were clean just a little outdated. Our shower had a huge crack in it but again the hotel was clean and nice for the price to stay
