Check in and Check out was easy, and we did ask that no cleaning happen during our stay. When I placed garbage bags outside the door they were picked up very promptly, but despite there being a pullout bed I had to go down to the desk to get sheets and blankets and pillows for it. The hot tub was not opperational and the pool was frigid, which was disappointing as we were traveling with kids and knew that would be a great way to get their energy out in a productive way but we couldn't stay in the water very long.

This hotel staff was accommodating. My daughter was there to do SAT in Jonesville. the location was perfect. The breakfast choices was very goood. The lady that prepared everything was so helpful. The front entrance could use a power wash but overall it was a good stay.

Hotel was very busy. Lots of things laying around (like the pile of lamp shades by the pool area). Service was mediocre. Looks like they’re selling things people left behind in their hotel rooms. Wasn’t impressed

It was very dirty. The bathroom smelled like it was saturated in urine. There was a clump of someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. The pillows are the size of throw pillows. The room itself smelled like a wet dog. Would not recommend.

It was the worst experience with the hotel I’ve ever had in my life upon after showering, and thinking that a towel was clean when it’s folded and placed where they should be. It had a s**t stain on the towel not only that in the shower there was red hair in the shower, which I am not a red head. There was hair from someone that was dying their hair before. the room smelled, I slept on top of covers due to finding the soiled towel

The service at the front desk was awesome, friendly and helpful. The room very clean, comfortable and quiet. Shopping and restaurants close by 😊. A great stay.

This was a dog friendly room but i paid extra for it and left a deposit also. I feel the room was not up to standard that your rooms usually are. The maids, breakfast staff were very nice. Room was not clean, linens were not clean, hotel has a musty smell to it, and hot tub was not working. The pool water temp was far too cold. The hotel really needs some updates and deep cleaning.
