Very nice hotel. Clean and neat

They now charge 40 dollars for early check in which is understandable but 40 dollars plus the cost of the room isn’t worth paying 200 dollar or more. The only reason I choose this place when I’m in town was because of the early check in. The room has a moldy smell, the pillows are plastic and cut up, you can hear the plastic rattle in your ear everytime you move, the walls are super thin. Good luck trying to sleep past 9AM. You can hear everything in the hallways and it gets worse around 10:30 when housekeeping start to clean. You can hear them knock on every door. Not to mention they try to rush you to check out by knocking on your door at 10:20 - 10:30 when check out is at 11.

This location was very handy to wherevwe needed to be. Numerous restaurants nearby and shopping mall was close as well. Biggest complaint my wife and I had was the pillows and bed. Very uncomfortable.

We used to stay here often on our vacations to Fort Lauderdale. For some reason we stopped. Now we remember. We booked the hotel for this leg of our vacation thinking this place gave good service, was clean, location is okay, all positives. Plus free breakfast, pool and a hot tub. Well, the pool and hot tub are closed at sunset. That’s 6:45 PM this time of the year. So no pool or hot tub unless we finish dinner (somewhere off property) early and rush back to the hotel. That’s why we stopped booking this hotel. The front desk employee was disrespectful to my wife repeating “sun up, sun down” and waving her hands to demonstrate. We’ve always gotten good service here in the past. Had we known about the pool hours, we would have booked a different hotel. If you don’t mind the pool/tub open hours, it’s otherwise a good place to stay.

Clean and comfortable. A little dated with no good options for charging electronics and no room safe. This one is better than most LaQuintas. Short drive for restaurants and groceries. 20 minutes from the beach. The rooms were quiet even with large numbers of pet refugees from a hurricane on the west coast of Florida.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The check-in was smoothe and the staff were both friendly and professionell. Finally we were very pleased with the free breakfast. We will be back for sure.

The breakfast was horrible, same items every day. I noticed an abundance of homeless people residing in the car park of the hotel and also coming in the morning to eat breakfast, the staff notices but does nothing. This created a feeling of unsafe.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times prior and liked it every time, but after this last time, we will not be staying there again. The shower didn’t work; one of the handles flew off the wall as I was turning it and the water spewed out of it flooding the bathroom. They did not have any other room for me to take a shower. The TV didn’t work. The room smelled and was black mold on the ceiling. The AC was making a noise like it was doing laundry every 30 seconds or so. Our complains meant absolutely nothing to the staff. Very disappointed.

The easy accessibility from the airport, plus friendly staff and clean property surroundings.

Safe hotel to stay at for a quick stay and nice area near everything.. wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a few days. The rooms can be cleaned better. Have a weird smell and dirty floors
