Rude staff at check in! My credit card was charged twice, room was not ready, key cards did not work and the person at the front desk didn’t say sorry, kiss my tail or anything when I walked back to get key card fixed, FILTHY towel, food and drinks from previous guests still in the fridge.

The unit was blowing warm air (it was in the high 70’s) and I couldn’t get the unit to do anything. I went to the front desk and the young lady asked me if I checked the thermostat on the wall? Duh, no I didn’t realize it had one. She explained that it was a very common complaint and that she has tried to get management to put a notice in the room, but they haven’t done anything yet. Other than that it was great

Very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. We had to be on the road early next morning (4:30 am) and was pleasantly surprised that the front desk had prepared fresh coffee, cinnamon rolls, and fresh fruit which we took with us for the drive.
