I booked a Queen Size room and they gave me separate twin beds.

Very nice updated property. We were able to walk safely in the dark to Old Tom’s sports bar. I would highly recommend this hotel. We used it as a one night stay before a cruise. Free shuttle from the airport and available shuttle to the cruise port for a fee.

I found the property to be clean and a good bang for my buck especially with the incuded breakfast. The staff were helpful and assisted me at check-in although I arrived early, they did their best to organize a room which I was able to get into before the official check-in time. The one negative was not to the hotel itself but to some of the guests who despite the hotel's no smoking policies still did so. More than once, the corridor in front of my room was full of the smell of cigarettes. (This is depite a $250 room cleaning penalty for smoking ....... but maybe that is the trick ..... smoke in the corridor.) Either way, I think hotel staff may need to review the corridor cameras and make it clear that their rules also apply to smoking anywhere in the hotel.

Brace for this, we arrived at 3pm promptly and we could not check in because system was down and we were told to come back at 8pm, they agreed to keep our luggage which was about 15 suitcases plus a lot of bags because we came off of a cruise and went shopping before we arrived at the hotel, upon return to the hotel at 8pm we checked in and was told that the elevator isn't working so I had to carry up all the suitcases and other luggage by myself, please note others in my group were seniors and female, I was the only male, no staff at the counter nor any other staff came to help. Now after the suitcase all were in the rooms I booked many rooms, the room I was in had 2 roaches my wife killed one and flushed it down the toilet as she was screaming because it ran on here and I was able to kill the other one by the side of the bed. Next morning while checking out I made my complaints and was given the supervisor name to call, which I did 2 days after an she apologize and said I will receive a discount on my booking. It has been weeks and I say nothing in my account, I contacted hotel.com and they were looking in to it and then I got an email saying I will not be compensated, imagine all that inconvenience and less time at the hotel and absolutely no compensation. I really didn't want to be posting negatives but they leave me no choice. Am sorry but I cannot stay here again.

I think it was a very good deal for the price. They also offered breakfast for that price. Overall, I'll definitely stay again.

Smoking area was out in the elements. A gazebo would make this better when its pouring outside. The elevator was broken, repaired, then broke again. The room was very clean and appealing except for the loud sliding door on the bathroom. Bright lught was welcoming but a dimmer one at night would have been great. View of the golf course was interesting. There was an older woman on the second floor in a nightgown all day. I worry that she is ok. She stood at the window often.

Great location - across from Central Park West, close to metro, great eateries within walking distance. Great water pressure in the shower. Plumbing does not work well, we had to have maintenance come to the room twice in 4 days. There’s no closet space, so suitcases had to be unpacked.

The best experience I ever had in a hotel close to the airport.

Used it to overnight between flights. Worked well. Airport shuttle was very convenient.

Dirty room

We stayed 1 night for layover for our flight, the room was nice, front desk was friendly efficient and fast, shuttle service was good from and to airport. Breakfast was good as well

The check out is at 12am

I'm absolutely satisfied. Very satisfied. The room was so nice and comfy. They have free breakfast, and coffee is available all day long. Staff is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend it. And will happily return here.

The beds were comfortable, the staff cleaned everyday. The rooms could do with some upgrade but overall a pleasant place and stay

Everything was perfect!

The room was average in size, there was a big moisture problem in the room. The sheets felt wet and the walls in the bathroom had severe water damage and were just painted over. I hope the air system is looked at soon as I feel there could be possible air contamination. If this place had some maintenance and better up keep I might stay here again as it is close to the airport and cruise ports.
