The room was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. The hotel was in close proximity to the airport which made things convenient.

The elevators, the elevators were slow and too few.

The beds need changing. Carpet needs to be cleaned regularly. Cleaners should emphasize on cleaning general room area, there were roaches in my room. Hotel can offer more options for breakfast we had waffles, sausages and eggs for 4 days

bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned before my stay. there was a hair tie in the middle of the floor indicating it clearly hadn't even been swept. the corners of the floor were badly neglected. dusty room. AC unit wasn't just loud it rattled. went down for breakfast at 9:59 and everything had already been cleaned up and put away I couldn't even get a glass of juice. I was going off the time on the alarm in the room which read 9:45 when I left to go down. clearly it was incorrect.

It might be the average for airport-near hotels. Pricey, dirty (srsly, I had a cocroach the size of my foot as a roommate). Poor wifi reception from the room.

Muy cerca al aeropuerto, con shuttle disponible desde el aeropuerto y hacia el puerto de crucero. La dirección de esperar el Shuttle está equivocada en Booking, hay que esperar frente a la salida del Gate 15. La habitación fue confortable para la noche que pasamos.

El desayuno tiene poca o ninguna proteína. No hay opciones Gluten Free. Para los amantes de los carbohidratos, tienen buena variedad de productos.

Quarto grande, com muito espaço e limpo. Cama confortável e macia. Máquina de Café de cortesia. Ótima localização, bem próximo ao aeroporto. Café da manhã bom. Estacionamento gratuito.

Staff a little rude / unhelpful at times. Breakfast was really bad. Front desk atmosphere not great, a couple arguments with staff and visitors witnessed. No one to answer when we called front desk from room multiple times.

The shuttle ride . I got dropped off at the Comfort inns and suites the street behind you. At 80 years old did not appreciate having to walk all the way around the corner toyour place. I dont know if the driver has both buildings, if so he should ask where we are going,as this was my first time in your ciy. L was not happy.

Beds are extremely comfortable. Got in late both nights we booked and out before breakfast both mornings so didn’t get opportunity to explore the hotel beyond lobby and room.

Would be helpful to have coffee and a few grab and go breakfast options for those needing to head out before the 6am continental breakfast service starts.

The room was spacious. It was close to the airport, relatively quiet, and provided breakfast.

The person at reception was very cold and glum, as if it was a bother for her to check us in. She didn’t volunteer information about the breakfast times or shuttle times. Staff should trained to be more friendly and welcoming to guests. The shower did not have much hot water and the lights in the living area were flickering.
