Our carpet was wet and we couldn’t take off our shoes
The ice machine was going off all night and I had to play music to shut out the noise.
There were no towels in the pool and hot tub.

This hotel is mostly very nice…we did have thread bare carpet in one section of the room but otherwise a great room. The staff is awesome and the parking garage was comforting given that downtown Prince George has been given over to the ne’er-do-well street people really a shame!

I had a nice room and the staff was very friendly. The area around the hotel isn't great, but it's not unsafe. My one wish is that the pillows were softer.

We had to park on the street because there was a problem with the parking door that was in the process of getting fixed. Being a Saturday night it was unsettling to say the least.

I loved that it was so close to numerous places to eat or get a treat. The staff was amazing and made everything so wonderful

Hotel was great, staff amazing, gym pool and laundry facility on site which is a bonus . My my bed was comfy, the area around the hotel has a lot of transient vulnerable population addicted to drugs.

Really liked the shower with the storefront glass and the bed was really comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi area is outdated and there is no restaurant within the hotel, only a Starbucks.

Beautiful hotel. Not a good area downtown. Homeless, noisy, not very clean. Parking across the street in a locked building is not convenient.

Nice clean affordable quiet room. Make sure to give yourself extra time for parking, as parking is in a parkade across from the hotel on the fourth floor. Nice secure parking though, behind a locked gate you can open with your room key.

Meh, wouldn’t stay again. Downstairs and lobby got a facelift but rest of hotel felt old and rundown. Not the best area of town and Parking is a hassle

Staff was friendly, newly renovated. No breakfast as it’s under Reno’s. Starbucks in hotel.parking is around the corner 4th floor of parkade, a bit of a walk with luggage. If ask front desk to hold it while you park. We had two rooms, a King and two queens clean and comfortable except the queen rooms had a glass wall which allowed the whole bathroom to be seen by anyone in the bedroom area. (Never seen that and no privacy, so hope you’re comfortable with who you’re staying with.
There were many addicts and homeless people outside the hotel as it’s downtown. Seemed harmless as we walked to dinner, only had one ask for change.
