This is our 2nd time staying at the Oak Tree inn. The 1st time we stayed it was a very quick and easy check in. We stay at another hotel after we came back to town, and after our stay there, let me tell you I’d choose the Oak Tree Inn over that other hotel any day. Which is why we stayed again for a 2nd time and will be staying for our 3rd time during Christmas. I love the fact they accommodated us and gave us the same room requested from our 1st visit! Such a nice and understanding staff, love the little breakfast choices in the morning! Great for a quick grab if your headed out fast. All around best hotel/inn ever stayed in and we will keep coming back!

Clean rooms but has a little old smell to it. Sink and bathroom is old and rusty. Only good thin I like about it is the safe parking lot and good area. Other then the old hotel, it is good for just one night.

After a long day of driving came and got in the bed and all the blankets were stained with we don't know what 1 bed was stained with blood the other one was stained with just a bunch of brown and yellow spots. Spoke with front desk lady said she could do nothing for us and they did not have any blankets and do not call yelling at her About my child laying in a bloody blanket.

I had reservations at hotel, when I called someone on phone could not find my reservation and said they don’t take reservations for less then 6 people. I was upset and went somewhere else. Low and behold someone else at hotel calls me to confirm my reservations??? By then I went somewhere else. I did tell them my experience on my reservations mishap.

4 adults 3 nights We were pleasantly surprised when we returned on the first day from a day of sightseeing and the beds were made and the towels changed.,, Although every day re we had to ask for more towels because the chambermaid always left only 2 sets of towels.
We were also surprised to find that although breakfast was not mentioned in the booking there was minimal breakfast every morning. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The rooms are good sized and clean. Comfortable beds. The only thing i have a complaint about is the cars that park in the handicap parking without proper tags or a placard.

We checked out one day early (7am) and we were charged for the days we booked. Cleary bad business and that room could easily be booked for the day we left early.

The shower was broken. There was no microwave. The carpet was old and somewhat dirty. The bed was comfortable though. They only had toast and yoghurt for breakfast.
