Very nice welcome at front desk. King suite room - 2nd floor - lots of room and very comfortable. Pillows are squishy… there are 4 on the bed so we had enough. Very nice shower. Enjoyed our quick stay.

When I checked into the accommodation, the place was clean and in good condition, and the staff were friendly. However, on the night of my stay, a hurricane caused a power outage throughout the property, which lasted for several days. Due to the inconvenience caused by the outage, I contacted the manager and requested a refund for the unused portion of my stay, while agreeing to pay for the days I had already used. The manager agreed to my request and processed the refund. However, out of the three accommodations I had booked, I only received a refund for one, and for the remaining two, I have not been able to receive any refund as the manager has been unreachable for about a month. I also contacted Hotels.com, but they have been giving me the same response for about a month, saying that they cannot reach the manage

Hotel was very nice. Except the one Elevator light kept flickering off on. The front desk said it had been doing that since yesterday and they were trying to get it fixed. Otherwise, it was a nice place. The staff was very nice.
