Everything was nice. When I turn up the heater it was not blowing through the vents. It was a very cold sleep for us.

Came for a game and the stay was perfect. Nice pool, and great adjoining rooms. The lady at the front desk offered more help than expected and the location couldn't be better. Walk out the door to Centennial Park and let the kids run.

Received a room that was not equivalent to what we booked, so we had to get that switched out immediately. The biggest issue was the Breakfast manager who was extremely rude and refused my disabled spouse breakfast on our last day. We were told that we had to present some stupid paper coupon (no one asked for it on previous days). Why are you issuing paper breakfast coupons? Aren't card keys acceptable to verify you are a guest? I have a screen shot of the text message sent to me by the front desk and it DOES NOT say the coupon is required for breakfast, only for evening drinks. To make matters worse, the security guard stood over us in an intimidating manner while we were trying to resolve our complaint. Is safety such a concern that two adults can't resolve a dispute without an armed guard standing so close you can smell his breath? Worst Hilton experience in my life and I emailed Hilton's corporate offices about this location as well.

This was a fantastic location. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had no issues with safety. You do have to valet your car, and the team is fast on retrieving it. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a concert great location 5 min walk to the state farm arena valet was $55 not bad for overnight.

From the moment I arrived at valet parking. Everyone was welcoming with great spirits. The staff members were also very accommodating and provided extra amounts of services and support for my family.

I had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton Atlanta Centennial Park. The customer service was outstanding. I was immediately greeted upon arrival. Check-in was quick, easy, friendly and rewarding due to the fact that I my room was upgraded. My suite was great...clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view of the park. The complimentary even cocktails and snacks were right on time just before we were heading out to a concert at State Farm. I had a wonderful night's sleep and took advantage of the hearty full breakfast buffet the next morning. So good. Lastly, the valet parking was very convenient and attendants were friendly and thorough. Overall, everything was top notch. I definitely recommend this hotel. I was perfect for our weekend getaway and concert night at State Farm Arena. I will surely visit again. Thank you!!!!

Nice hotel. Convenient to statefarm arena. The only problem, the food spots close at 10. The store in hotel close early. I will stay again but will bring food for late night snacking.

Breakfast was terrible. They didn’t have enough staff to keep everything stocked. Too many people in too small of a space. I was charged for parking I didn’t use. Two nights worth. I still don’t know if I’ve been refunded. Crazy busy area. Lots of homeless ppl outside the hotel. Didn’t enjoy it. Won’t be back.
