no hot water so no shower in the evening nor in the morning, no heating, no coffeepads, poor internetconnection, drinks vending machine was empty disconnected what shall i say ? but i got a bottle of white wine instead of all these ......

We stayed at the Brenner for a week recently , using it as a base to visit our son and his partner . The location is perfect , not too far from the autobahn, City Centre and the tram stop at Sieker Mitte being a couple of hundred metres away. We found the hotel to be very clean and well presented with friendly and very efficient staff who made our stay such an enjoyable one. The Restraunt is very good too, breakfast offers the usual Continental array of choices . The rooms are very spacious , we stayed in a quad and there was plenty of space for the three of us. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a good solid base to start and end your day .

It's a handy hotel. Has everything I need for staying in Bielefeld. Has friendly staff who speak very good English. Has a bar, restaurant and is close to public transport (if you need it).

I always stay at the Brenner Hotel when I visit Bielefeld. It has all the things I need in a hotel - bar, restaurant and staff that speak English when my German falters.

I choose to stay at Brenner Hotel because the staff are friendly and speak good English. Also, it has all the facilities that I require (i.e. Restruant and Bar). Plus it is close to the city centre.

Service very helpful! I arrived pretty early and my room wasn’t ready for check-in but the staff solved me another upgraded room immediately instead of telling me to come back later. The hotel is worn but the room was clean. The location is a bit off in the outskirts of Bielefeld but the city center is easily reached by a short tram trip from the station that is just a 3 min walk away from the hotel. Wifi worked conveniently and the hotel possesses a restaurant/bar where you can eat, drink and watching sports.

Very friendly staff, nice clean comfortable rooms and very nice breakfast with plenty of choices. I have only 2 small niggles, there was no coffee in the room just a single earl grey teabag, and at breakfast the glasses for the juice were very, very small meaning many trips to the carafes. These are very minor issues and overall i would definitely recommend this hotel. My 4 day stay was very enjoyable and i would certainly use it again.

Bus Stop right outside the Hotel, tram Stop just across the road,both getting you within mins to the old town. Hotel has it's own carpark. We used their Kegelbahn (Bowling Alley German Style) and didn't even have to book it. The price was only 6.00 Euros an hour. Breakfast (8.00 Euro pppd) was brilliant, typical German Style,but also catering for British taste buds (Bacon sausages and scrambled eggs). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay, we were made to feel at home and welcome. Free WiFi.
