Had a lovely stay recently,stayed in a sea view suite,absolutely beautiful very large room,bed was huge and very comfortable ,breakfast was excellent with everything you could want,fantastic choice,the only downside was not having any outside sitting area,or seating on the balcony

Very impressive and ideally located in this lovely seaside town. Special thanks to the lady on reception who allocated an amazing room with three big windows and balconies looking right across the Mar Menor.

Good location near the beach. Good WiFi, nice fluffy towels and friendly reception staff.
Would be 5/5 but the buffet breakfast is not great with being like warm at beat and often not replaced quick enough. Also, there is a mini bar on the room with some soft drinks but no bottle opener so you have to go to reception.
The room was in a good condition as was the bathroom but the communal area carpets are stained and tiered

Breakfast was good. King-sized bed was great and very comfy. Not too soft neither too hard 🙏

Location was great too, just a brief walk from the beach and the old town, the hotel is also surrounded by many different restaurants to choose from!
The staff here were very welcoming and were always happy to help! They also speak fantastic English, for those of you who struggle with your Spanish!

Noise from function in restaurant due to large void in centre of the property-- noise. carried up to my 4th floor room
Noise also outside up to 3.00 am from a bar that suddenly appeared in the street outside.
"clanging noise" heard during day and night--unsure what is was but sounded like an issue with pipework

It was 4 years since I was last at this hotel, previously named The Mosaic and I was pleasantly suprised to see that they have maintained the large spacious rooms and foyer which make such a difference.
Staff were friendly and accomodating.
