Great stay! Everyone at bougainvillea is very warm and kind. The staff always look out for you, and the rooms are spacious. You feel you’re in luxury, maids always come and wash your dishes and organize the room. Highly recommend for future stays!

I had an amazing stay! The staff were all very nice and helpful. There was a little work being done on the resort but it wasn't intrusive. My room and view were gorgeous and the facilities and beach will be hard to beat.

Property was nice but area around the property was not clean and very limited dining and bars. Vivian at the pool bar was fantastic and the front desk staff was great finding excursions for our group.

Lovely hotel for when you just want to relax. The only thing is that they didn’t have any amenities like tea and coffee which is unusual for a hotel. But other than that absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the staff are great and the beach is lovely. The complimentary watersports desk was great too. Would definitely stay again. Liked it so much extended our check out

They even ran out of towels at the beach one day. Staff had terrible attitudes across the board (hated or even lied about confirming details that hadn’t been confirmed), and acted as if every request were a great inconvenience. At this price point, cleanliness and service should be impeccable. We expected better and we’re terribly disappointed. I leave this review having stayed at over 200 hotels in 70 countries.

The staff was amazing! They were welcoming and knowledgeable. We traveled with our 14 and 12 year old and they loved it. Right on the beach, close to the bus stop and not far from restaurants. We would definitely return.

The property itself was beautiful! The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. There was only one restaurant onsite and while it was good, we would’ve preferred more options. There weren’t many markets / stores near the resort so we had to walk in the heat and it was FAR and HOT! (Take a taxi or use PickUp Caribbean). We wish there was more to do onsite at night as other than Friday at Oistins, there wasn’t much within walking distance. The pool staying open until 10 was nice. Would have loved if this was all inclusive. We would recommend staying here and just hope they offer more at night (parties, mixers, etc).

The laundry was easy to use and meant the men could wear the same clothes more than once. The cleaners were good and worked hard throughout the day. The hotel is supremely placed on the beach and there are three swimming pools if the seaweed gets heavy in the afternoons. The restaurants are convenient but there are local supermarkets and takeaway restaurants to order in food. The buses and ZR’s are frequent and reduce the cost of travel by taxi. Locals are friendly and will give directions when needed
