The girl who checked me in was not friendly and looked annoyed that I was there to check in. She did not smile at all! Not a good first impression of the hotel.

The inside room is okay, but the customer service is not ideal, they don't know how to smile, and does not disclose what are you signing for, make sure to read the registration form and ask a copy of the form. They automatically charged safety deposit in the room no matter if use it or not. Be aware of their little charges. Breakfast is the same everyday, if you go in the breakfast room at 5:30 AM the biscuit and gray is very cold. Breakfast open from 5:00 am to 10:00 AM. There's nothing to see or shop nearby, it's 6 miles away from the shopping mall. The area is near residential and the only hotel in the area. There are some eatery nearby but that's all, nothing to impress me. Wall are so thin, people are so loud in the middle of the night, manager don't even check what's going on 1:00 am in the morning and people just talking on the hallway so loud.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel. On the last day I was taken to urgent care with a rash covering my entire body. The Dr said it was bed bug bites. He asked me to contact Hotel and county health department. When I called the hotel the argued and said it could not be bed bugs because they had hardwood floors etc. Well i have pictures and a doctors note to prove it was

The room was clean and comfortable. We were just disappointed that breakfast, which used to be OK, has deteriorated into a waste of time. This time the orange juice was just water. And, there was just one canister of coffee, which was empty, and one type of creamer. Maybe they just don't want to offer breakfast.

I'd give 5 stars but they over charged me $125. They said they couldn't print a receipt so he was supposed to mail it. Never received that, now I know why!!

This is our second stay here and both times we had had the same girl check us in. Incredibly rude both times for no reason. Didn’t want to leave the TV she was watching to help us.

Our room did not have a closet didn't have any towel racks the toilet seat was very rough to sit on there was a conditioner bottle left in the shower and when we came down the next morning to have breakfast there wasn't much selection and they didn't keep up on it people had to ask the lady at the front desk to make more coffee but she never refilled any of the other items we had a lot of problems with our key cards letting us in the door sometimes it took up to 5 minutes to get into our room

I really liked the location. The staff were great. I didn't like that the suite I was in smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was clean though great job there.

I asked for room far from noise and was again put pkg lot side by side exit door. People in and out. Dogs whining and barking. One night kids running up and down late at night. 4 nights not much sleep

From the minute we walked into register to the end of our stay, we were made to feel at home. We were there for a family funeral and with plain issues etc there were so many changes and the constantly gave customer service with a smile as there were changes and cancellations and rebooking rooms. All done with customer service with a smile.
