Can’t complain other than not have an elevator. And only the shower worked in my room. And my kids are scared of them.

Amazing room. The frig wasnt as cold as it should be . But it was the best 💓 stay this year in all the hotels ive stayed at.. I'll definitely be back

Breakfast wasn't worth it. Syrup was Bad made my Saturday uncomfortable. Room Keys Failed everytime - had to have maintenance come and key from my door.Hotel to far away from anything & near Train Tracks. Only thing positive was Price.

Staff was amazing last night. I thought I was going to have to cancel but this man, looking like an angel 😇 saved the day ❤️. I'm forever grateful.

Trash. The room was hot as hell when I got in because they had the air off. Took hours for it to get cold. The tv cable box wasn't plugged because they take it out after each person checks out. Woke up the water was turned off and when it turn on the water was rusted and brown. Also the shower vent system did not work so the steam made the room even hotter. Lastly outside was nothing but meth and crack heads.

The hotel was okay. When coming in to the hotel, the front desk staff may be outside to greet you while they’re taking a smoke break or riding scooters upon your arrival. **One thing to note when staying there…THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. I had extra luggage, so the man that worked at the front desk was nice enough to assist me getting my luggage to the second floor. Also, when staying a second night your key to your room may not work. So, if you’re one of the lucky ones on the second floor with a couple of groceries and you decide not to leave them at room door, then take them with you back downstairs to the front desk so your room keys can be reactivated. When standing in line, this apparently happened to another person ahead of us.

We had a handicapped room which was great but, the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor.

Sheets blankets and chairs had nasty stains. Mold growing on ceiling, food, tobacco and unidentified items on tables that were never cleaned from last guest and by looks of the bedding it was not changed from the previous guest. It was so bad that I slept in my truck in the parking lot.

The tile on the wall at the bottom as soon as you walk in the door was on the floor we had no trash can in the bathroom and the trash cans we did have had no trash bags in them

Stayed 2 nights. The TV nor the telephones in the room was working the 1st night. The shower curtain was soiled. But the lady that cleans changed out the shower curtain.Day 2 we did have a working TV and the shower curtain was changed out.

The staff that checked me in was super friendly..the only thing i didnt like was ny room didnt get cleaned ...i dont know if my room was confused with another one are not..i never put a do not disturb sign out are didnt state that i didnt want service
