Liked friendly staff. Disliked lack of hand sanitizers at breakfast area. Would prefer option to self park.

Breakfast is great. Staff are nice. Rooms excellent. However the smoke alarm kept beeping in our room. We had to change rooms three times during the night. It appeared to be a known problem but no maintenance staff available. No compensation offered. When I asked we were given an extra hour to check out.

I feel that your mandatory $34 per night parking fee is too high for the service received. They don’t even help you with your bags in any way. Two older women were forced to unpack and pack our bags to and from the car. I am 72 and my mother is 92. Shame on all of you. In addition, my GPS had a very difficult time accessing the hotel. We could see it but had a hard time figuring out how to get to it.

My stay was Awesome, I loved everything about the hotel, my only complaint is that the $34 a night parking should be listed in big Bold letters in the fine blue print or somewhere on the website, once booking is complete and you have your fees it’s upsetting to actually get to check in and be hit with other fees. No pool buys it’s not a need and also the wait to pick up and drop off your car could be better, overall 10/10

Easy access to airport. Dont hear the planes inside the room. Everything is well lit around the hotel at night.

We loved how it is close and good linked to airport and at the same time the bis rooms.
We had a problem with air conditioner but nobody was able to solve it and we were really tired.
Anywhere, good place to sleep quality price.

The room was large and clean. It was definitely a new hotel, everything was nice, clean and welcoming. We were convenient to a lot of things.
The two things that I disliked were: they didn’t have a pool and valet parking was mandatory.

Also, a tiny bit farther from the airport train than we’d prefer, and the sidewalk isn’t always easy to navigate with suitcases. Signage not available until you get off the train.

Great location, great staff and great hotel! The best place to stay for sure if you are traveling. Clean, friendly and right down from the skytrain to the airport!
