Bathtub faucet control would only allow barely warm water to flow for shower even though hot water was available at lavatory spigot.
Checkin puts an extra $100 charge on your card in addition to room charges in case you smoke in a non-smoking facility. Supposed to return deposit the next day after the room is checked. They are playing with your money for 24 hrs.
Room was clean and staff were friendly. Area was quiet.

Water leak in the living room ceiling, recently remodeled, bad job who ever installed tile left caulking all over the bathroom, left sticky tile on the floor n got stuck to my shoe . Not easy to remove glue.

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband, son and I had to drive in for a funeral and we got there really late at night. Office staff was so nice. She even gave my son a cup of milk and a bowl of cereal since we’ve been on the road for six hours. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was delicious and hot. The only thing that I didn’t realize is that there is not a coffee maker in the room, but it was not a dealbreaker because they had fresh coffee readily available in the lobby that was delicious.

When we arrived, the room given was smaller than the room in the advertisement picture and didnt have the pull out couch, but the staff quickly was able to get us into the correct 4 sleeper pull out couch suite/room.
We were impressed with the cost for the size and quality. Breakfast was- yogurt (no granola), waffles, sausage links, eggs, toast. muffins, apples, oatmeal and cereal. Apple juice, orange juice, vitamin water, milk and coffee to drink. While it was less than is usually provided at free hotel breakfasts- missing potatoes, granola, biscuits- my 3 favorites so I had to mention.. breakfast was still nice and filled us up! The lady handling the food stations was working very hard, was very kind and even recommended a new staple in the area to our family- Lake Adventure Arena.
One thing I didn't notice, but I sleep like a baby and didn't do much else in the room- My teenage son said when he was there alone for a few hours that he was scared because the microwave would turn on by itself and he heard a lot of weird creeking. Creeking, I don't think is major, but the microwave turning off and on by itself is pretty crazy. He never has mentioned paranormal activities to me before, so I believe him.
Overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay here again, but not leave our son there alone.

After a bad experience checking into a room at a nearby hotel, we had to leave. We were immediately able to book a room at Wingate by Wyndham Sulphur. The cost was approximately the same but the quality at Wingate was 100 times better.
