Hotel is dated but rooms are spacious and comfortable. Receptionists are rude, don’t understand the basic customer service skills, hardly speak English (which is not an issue but given this is a hotel they can at lest attempt to use google translator), don’t understand how to resolve issues.i used the spa and it was great. Had a massage with a guy and he was very good. Gym was ok. Lobby area looks like Soviet times which I like but surely not for everyone’s taste. Hotel is far from the centre but yandex is very cheap and easy to get. Don’t let distance put you off. It feels this hotel caters for Russians only.

The hotel is not close to the city centre, but has large very comfortable rooms and good service, as well as free fitness area. Breakfast might be improved, however it's acceptable.

I was upgraded to a suite so my room was outstanding. Otherwise the hotel is just OK with a slightly inconvenient location.

Very pleasant stay overall.Friendly staff. Located in new development 5-10 min by car to city center. Shopping center across the street and couple of good restaurants near by.

Beautiful hotel, outside the main centre but close to a large shopping mall. Hotel didn’t have an kettle or an iron available which was disappointing.

Outside of the building is really beautiful and lights up at night but the rooms could be better. Tile in bathroom is cracked in a lot of the places, pillows are the same thing as from Walmart for 3 dollars which were definitely not comfortable to sleep in for two weeks.

Pros: Good variety for breakfast. Staff was friendly and approachable. Near bus stops. Has a huge field in front of it for spots. Takes about 10-15mins to reach the city centre

It is within a great location and we look forward to booking this hotel in the future for meetings during the European Games in 2019.

Clean and well equipped room, very helpful staff at reception - only problem were mix ups over the transfers between the hotel and airport.
