Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights, room looked the same as the photos. Cleaned every day and bottled water provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrobes were ideal as we used the wellness centre. I'd recommend using wellness centre if you have time and book yourself a treatment, we did and it was very relaxing.
Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with small changes every day but enough choice to suit everybody. While Uber was recommended we walked into Porto a couple of times and then used Andante to come back on bus which stops outside door of hotel. The area was quiet around the hotel and we slept really well, comfortable bed and dark curtains. This was our first visit to Porto and we felt it was a safe city to visit. I'd be happy to recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone planning a visit as it added to our enjoyment of holiday. We dined 2 nights at the hotel, again excellent service and good choice on menus and reasonable priced. I liked the section of menu where the Chef recommends a daily dish - Monday to Friday and selected one of those which was really good. I know a lot of hotels no longer have tea/coffee facilites in the room but we really like this so were happy to see it contiued here. Two showers over bath with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Final comment lighting in room good, I like to read in bed and lights ideal for this.

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Plus, the hotel’s location was super convenient, close to everything we wanted to see.

The staff were amazing and very helpful in getting us dinner reservations etc. overall very accommodating. However, the rooms need an upgrade. The bathroom had a broken shower door. Also there was a lot of construction so it was noisy during the day.

We had a fine room with good amenities. The staff was very attentive. The in-hotel restaurant was exceptional. They also have a spa in the lower level with an array of services. The location is kind of near nothing and therefore near everything, if that makes sense.

The food is amazing, breakfast was very nice. I have noticed it is bit salty for some food, other than that perfect to stay.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Stall is professional and helpful. Food is great. One area for improvement is having better electrical conversion station. by having US plug AC 120 volts

Nice hotel. We had a problem with the shower but they fixed it so no issue. Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast. A little way from the centre but Uber very cheap. No complaints.

Nothing bad to say about the Crown Plaza Porto. The hotel is immaculate, updated clean rooms, the corridors and restaurants were spotless. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with any question I had. There's a market and a few restaurants within walking distance.
