Excellent location close to Sannomiya station .. limo bus from Itami airport stops nearby.. one stop on underground to Shin -Kobe Shinkansen station too. Lawson convenience store is next to hotel aeon supermarket very close as well. No gym but the other facilities you expect. Good room size for mainland Japan. Would stay again.

I changed my booking for twin beds for 2 persons including breakfast but I was surprised to know that my booking was for 1 person including 1 breakfast. Very disappointing.
