Nice staff. Horrible hard bed. Musty old smell, needed to bring in our own room spray to mask it because it was so bad. Pool was teeny tiny. Card key kept deactivating, I had to get a new one three times in a two night stay. Very close to UWSP. My next visit, I'll go elsewhere. Not worth what I paid for two nights.

Comfortable beds, nice updated bathrooms and friendly staff. The pool area while clean, the water was pretty cloudy. The breakfast was well put together and the lady doing that was very nice. Nothing to write home about, very basic but ok if you don't mind that. We would stay again if back in Stevens point

I’m in a wheelchair an unfortunately, burnt myself at the breakfast because of the positioning of things.

We stayed in the handicapped accessible room for one night. Upon checking in the front desk clerk Amara was so super helpful and pleasant, she helped us with our luggage to the room and was so sweet to offer us some beverages she wasnt using. She gets 5 stars in our eyes! We took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi and that was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, The handicapped accessible room was very roomy and the rool in shower with the foldable bench was excellent. My only negative comment was some of the pillow cases smelled like body odor. We didnt get up in time to take advantage of the free breakfast but we were appreciative of the free coffee still available after breakfast was over. Over all this was an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Staff apologized when I reported it on the way out. This hotel was about $50/night more than other rooms in the area, so I was disappointed by the low quality. Staff were friendly but that doesn’t make up for the room.

I had a king suite. The couch and chair had so many stains on them and felt greasy, it made me not want to sit in them. The front desk lady was trying so hard to be helpful. She was clearly new and a bit overwhelmed with the big school group that checked in before me. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Again the drains on the carpet were really bad.

We frequently stay at Country Inns and had just stayed at one in another state and that experience paled in comparison to this one. The breakfast at this location was immaculate, organized and very good (and I’m picky about breakfast). Will definitely stay at this location again!
