The hotel was pretty clean in all the general areas,,it was close to the event that we attended and the staff was friendly

Our room when we walked into it smelled musty and I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast selection. The only hot item there was waffles

Charged us a $100 cash deposit up front because we had a pet as well as a $15 pet fee, told us this was standard practice and had nothing to do with having a pet, the lady that checked us in even said that all of the facilities for that brand did that. We had stayed in 2 different ones of that brand in the last month and had NEVER been charged that fee. Person checking in behind us didn't have a pet and wasn't charged the $100 deposit even though she said they charged everyone that. Next morning when checking out the lady that checked our room to make sure it was ok, stated she had no idea they charged that deposit. Bathtub was dark brown with chips in it.

The room was not clean, furniture in a bad state, poor breakfast.

Friendly staff

The bed was horrible had a lump in the middle and the 2 sides sank in. This was the first bad experience I had at this place

Staff was kind and courteous.

Room was dirty. There was mildew on the window curtains from the air conditioner. Bathroom was not clean and had cobwebs in the corners.

The staff was very helpful they even helped with my bags.

They let me make my breakfast early cause I had to leave for work before breakfast started.

sketchy customers, screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night, could hear a guy pounding on a door a few down from us screaming and cursing

No breakfast food except toast. That was it, everything else, waffles was out of stock.

ROM was a dump. Smoke Dectector was hanging from ceiling by one wire. Stain on carpet. Bathroom a was awful. Noisey. People parting in rear of motel until 2:30 am.
