Great and very friendly staff. Easy to stay with large dog. Only negative thing is the moldy shower. Seems like it has never been cleaned and was very surprising

Very friendly staff. Convenient. Shuttle was wonderful to take us into the city and pick us back up in the evening. Our room had an issue but the manager was will courteous with helping to rectify the situation.

What I liked was the entrire staff I interacted with was excellent, and the hotel, grounds and room were clean.
What I didn't like was the sink filling up with water twice in 36 hours and Drano was the solution.

Bathroom needs a deep clean as there is mold in the shower. Computer system needs updating. Took 10 minutes for the check in clerk to boot up computer

Property was “ok” but not enough staff and when I had to get up at 4:00 AM to catch shuttle, drunk guy in elevator then got off on floor and started roaming halls.

Power had been out for over 24hrs before we arrived, no generator and no notice of the issue. Very poor handling of a bad situation.

After a long hectic week, I wanted a quiet home away from home stay. Just sleep and relaxation. My stay was all that!!! The room was super clean state of the art up grades a modern look and feel. Most importantly comfy bed.

This was a perfect hotel for an overnight stay before heading into a downtown Cleveland. I can even imagine staying at the Garden Hilton if one had business in the city and had your own transportation. Deb at the front desk was courteous and professional. Brandon picked us up from the airport and was also courteous and professional.
The beds were comfortable, the hotel has been recently renovated and very clean and pleasant.
Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

Only one working elevator while we stayed. Travelling with someone in a wheelchair made it difficult or added extra time trying to catch a elevator.
