Hotel was nicely updated and well kept. Rooms and all areas were very clean. Facilities were also excellent. And location was in the middle of it all.
Will definitely stay at rydges properties again!

We had a fantastic stay. The refurbishment is stunning. Especially loved the new bathroom and bath (with a view!). Staff and service where friendly, helpful and efficient. Already looking forward to our next stay.

The room was amazing! And the bed was so comfy id buy it myself! And lucky enough to have a dip in the pool which was nice. The one down side was we went to the bar at about 10.40 (website said closes at 12) and they said they were closing and we couldnt sit there either.

Recommend by my sister to stay over - so happy she told me about it! Our room was tidy and neat - the room service was so fast and fresh! The menu and customer service is definitely a reason I would come back. The buffet breakfast was fabulous - friendly staff and amazing customer service. Definitely would be back!

The hotel was excellent as her majesty's theatre was across the street from exhibition st, there was a communication problem with one of the female staff, i did not know her name but when i told her i was seeing a show at 2pm, ill check in afterwards, not knowing self checking in by screen in lobby n debit card myself means im already check in, n go up to the room! This lady didn't understand what i was talking about as a non Australian!
But it was not her fault, i talk to someone else who fixed it n room was great!
It was hard to leave the bed, very comfortable n soft pillows!
Really good buffet breakfast too!

The room is with great design, cozy at a very beautiful, convenient location. Great staying at Rydges and definitely would be back.

Ordered my coffee from the restaurant. Qantas crew members order after me. Qantas crew members got their coffee before mine. I get Rydges must have a contract with Qantas and it’s all about money however you made me feel not welcome. I mentioned this to reception who said the manager would contact me - they never did. This hotel has a lot of great things but the way I was treated I won’t be staying here again.

The bath was huge but not very comfortable to lay back in which was disappointing as it was the main reason we chose this room. Lounges in room could have been better. Very little options for allergens in room service menu as one of us is gluten free and the other cannot have dairy.

My partner and I stayed at the Rydges for two nights. The bed was immensely comfortable and the room was spacious and met all our needs. Newly renovated and clean and tidy.
The service by staff, both at the concierge/check in/out desk was second to none. As we met housekeeping staff in the lift upon exiting for dinner, we alerted them to an issue with our ensuite basin plug. It was rectified by the time of our return.
Overall, a wonderful, luxurious stay and we hope to return again sometime soon.
