I booked and paid for 2 nights but was unable to check in due to medical reasons. Upon arrival the next day my reservation was cancelled. I was not refunded for the second day. Hotels.com says it's the property's discretion but the property said they never got paid. Someone got the money. Even though the reservation was guaranteed and paid for I am out 2 nights that was paid for. I just requested the 1 night credit as I missed the first night stay.
Where in the world do you pay for something and show up and the reservation is not honored and no one takes responsibility. Horrible on the property and hotels.com
My advice is to breakup bookings into smaller chunks so if you happen to be unable to make check in at least the entire stay is not cancelled and not refunded.

I had to cancelled my stay. The hotel Seven Crown wa too far from the beach. I am 71 years old and I can not walk that distance.
Please, could Expedia return my money back for the 3 days that I never used this hotel and I checked at another one close to the beach?

All was well with the hotel with the exception to the noise . We were in room 113, across from staff office and the AM crew was very noisy in the morning. Glad that they appeared to be happy to be at work with laughter, whistling and singing but should be considerate to those staying near the office.

Front desk pretty friendly, very close to everything, however no elevator gave us 2 very small beds even though they saw us we arrived as a couple bed was very uncomfortable

Overall the property was ok.great air conditioner Daily housekeeping. rooms were clean but dated. A few things could be better like there was no water or glass provided for drinking. The towel’s were old looking. But the price was good and I would definitely stay again.

Lady at Front desk was more preoccupied with selling me Tours, instead of of at least trying to cooperate with me in my request for reimbursement from either Seven crowns or Expedia due to my dissatisfaction with the hotel. she really told me” I cannot reimburse you anything neither can Expedia”. She did not bother, asking why I was dissatisfied. The next day, Isabel told me that she could give me a hotel credit for my next day. I have booked many times through Expedia and this was the worst experience.

The room, while, clean and comfortable, had some maintenance issues, particularly in the bathroom That was functional, but somewhat less than presentable .There were tiny ants crawling around on the Nightstand. Fortunately, none appeared to have made it into the bed.

You have to leave the car keys with the front desk because of limited parking and then the hotel clerk parks it somewhere else.
Not safe. And when I spoke with the manager about the dent to the car he said the only way he would pay anything is if there were any charges which there were not because I paid all the insurances to Avis. So nothing was done to make the situation better.

Loved the hotel , tge view from my room was beautiful the view from the roof top and infinity pool was twice as nice ... I highly recommend this hotel however Warning do not eat at the restaurant rip of prices at breakfast i ordered the mole omlette and a glass of oj . What came was a 2 egg omlette with tasteless cheese and a dollop of mole .. no toast no potatoes nothing bill was $29 usa i was still hungry and pissed...
