This property was a hidden gem. Great location. Close proximity to restaurants and markets. Edward is a great host, very kind. Would definitely stay again.

The location from from the website was incorrect it took me to a dead end i couldn't find it so i went to another hotel. This happened last time i was here the hotel was supposed to be close to sjo it was 4 hours away

Edward y Familia was Ana amazing stay. We had a delayed flight into Costa Rica and needed a last minute place to sleep in San Jose for the night. They were incredibly accommodating and helped us with the later check in at 11pm. They were so kind and their place is so lovely! We would absolutely stay her again!

Great location, just next to SJO airport (so airplanes flying by on top, but not during the night) and supermarket, with gated parking lot. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate. 2BR with small equipped kitchen and living room.

I could write a book about all the ways Edward took AMAZING care of my new wife and I ! - But I`ll TRY and keep it ( somewhat) short - From pickup @ SJO He took us for currency exchange,nothing was open -So he went to his personal bank,took out his own money and gave it to us ( Who does that ?-Edward did ! for 0 exchange rate no less !!)- then,over to get SIM cards at a place with MUCH better rates than the one I had in mind. Then on to his place - BEAUTIFUL , Our Room was IMMACULATE and MUCH nicer than I could believe at this price point ( He renovated the place himself , He calls it `` modest``- It`s WAY better than that ! ) He built an open to the sky small atrium in our room complete with beautiful live plants and LED backlighting , MOST Romantic for our 2nd day married ! The car we reserved was in the shop, So, He let us take his PERSONAL CAR so our travel wouldnt be interupted ! Before taking the car we wanted to go to the old mercado , Due to local restrictions , He couldnt drive us there , and suggested I use uber ( I`d never done that before ) and because of the new SIM card I couldnt verify myself to get set up - He used his personal acct. to get us there and back ( He had to pay for it up front ! ) He gave us GREAT info on places to go in CR , I actually called him a few times to ask advice , his response NO PROBLEM MY FRIEND , PURA VIDA ! --- Indeed , I could go on , But, I`ll end my book by Saying , THANK YOU SOO MUCH EDWARD ! You are the BEST !
