Amazing location with stunning views, beautiful renovated finca with a lovely pool. This is absolutely a perfect location to come at rest. The only point of improvement is the poolservice,
some days there was nobody with all the dirty towels everywhere.

This was a nice hotel with nice amenities and good service. The rooms are nice and the pool is lovely. This hotel list marks for charging 6 euros a bottle for water at the pool, a very mediocre and expensive paella dinner, and a service charge to bring a mediocre breakfast to our room when we needed a check out before the breakfast which was included began. Considering the cost of this hotel, this was disappointing and we have had a better experience in other high end hotels on the island.

This was a nice hotel with nice amenities and good service. The rooms are nice and the pool is lovely. Hotel’s property is lovely. Very relaxing. Spa was nice also but, when i asked if i could have the fire lit they sent a girl whom did not know how and did not bring wood…
Food was very disappointing for such an expensive hotel and very limited options. Service was extremely slow and had to constantly find someone throughout the dinner (which took 3 hours) to get drinks.
Also, as we waited for our room to be ready they actually let me enter an already occupied room which was quite uncomfortable for both parties as they were in bed! Mortifying…
food was not good. For the price was not worth it. Unless you are not fussed about good service or food for €500 a night. Cannot say I would recommend to my group travel vacationers which i would have loved to add to the visit Mallorca list.

Gorgeous hotel with lovely views and good facilities (bikes to use / great pool). The surrounding area is not as interesting as other parts of the island being about 40 minutes to anywhere we wanted to visit.

Staff exceptionally friendly; property just opened, hence there is potential for improvements; several infrastructural aspects (for example: generator quite close to main building, you can listen to the noise while having dinner or a room facing northwards); dining was very good
