Our stay was great and the hotel was newly refurbished to a high standard the girl's on reception were so lovely, breakfast was lovely too staff could not do enough for you, will definitely go back next summer

Hotel was pretty quiet on the Sunday when we arrived. I guess this was mainly due to the fact that there was work being carried out on the leisure facilities and was reflected in the price of the room. We had been well warned about this in advance but as we were going to be out and about exploring the local area, it wasn’t a big issue for us. We received a very friendly welcome from the receptionist on duty and our standard double room was warm and clean and spacious enough for us. Soundproofing was also excellent which helped us to have a lovely peaceful sleep.
We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but the breakfast we had the next morning was superb and once again the staff on duty were all so friendly and polite.
The ev charge points in the car park were a great help and certainly saved us a lot of time.
Thanks to everyone for a very relaxing and enjoyable one night stay..!

A great stay to celebrate our anniversary. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food was fab, the restaurant not too busy and was very comfortable. We upgraded to a junior suite which was a wee bit of luxury for us.

The hotel is going theough a refit and the downstairs areas which have been done were great. The room was very tired but the bed comfortable so no real issue. The biggest criticism was no wi-fi coverage in the room which these days is a given. Was told there were "issues with the wi-fi provider" but this is such an easy fix in a modern construction building, there is no excuse. Wi fi in the bar was fine but as i had TEAMS meetings i couldnt do them from there.
Otherwise, staff were excellent and the food was also pretty good. If they could just sort the wi fi i would definately stay again.

Wow! What a great place to stay! The town of Carnoustie has very little to offer outside of the golf course. We booked a room overlooking the 1st tee box and the 18th green of the Championship course. So fun watching the golfers. Breakfast had great options and dinner was great too! Be sure to try their Sticky Toffee Pudding. Yum!

Very nice helpful staff. Upgraded our room, but it was cold, also draughty and a bit noisy. (309) TV and Wi-Fi reception not great either. WiFi slow and Tv stations broke up a lot.

The only thing that I found that I was not happy with was my breakfast this morning wasn’t cooked to order I’m very fussy about my food but my partner was satisfied with it 💙

I was on my own with my two children ,, we had a fantastic stay, the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us!
This is the best hotel Iv stayed at in a long time , food was great and we really enjoyed the pool!
I will definitely stay here again , really great hotel , thanks !
