The bathroom was very small and dated.
The service in the cafeteria was terrible.
Every time you wanted a drink or some thing,
You had to go down to reception and ask for someone to serve us.
Overall not a good visit.
We have stayed in NH Hotels many times and this was not up to their usual standards

This is the only hotel I’ve been to that advertised air conditioner and it wasn’t turned on in the whole hotel.
Sleeping was not pleasant at all. We had to either open a window to a very noisy street or have a noisy fan.

stayed just one night. The only negative is that there was no place de parking inside the hotel. But we found one nearby in a nice public parking. Our room ha a vew of the magnificient park and of the cathedral. Very good buffet breakfast. Vitoria lives its reputation of a green city

Nice hotel in a nice spot. Staff were ok but very regimented. Breakfast at 8 do not show up 5 minutes earlier that sort of thing. Could have been a little bit more accommodating in this modern age.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and tidy. The room has a nice set up. The paid on-site parking is a nice luxury. However, the parking in the basement is tight, so it requires an expert driver to move in and out of the small spaces if you are not familiar with driving in older European cities.

The staff in the reception was kind and helpful. Unfortunately their parking was full, but there was a public parking-garage close. The hotel is central located and sights and restaurangs was just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was served with great care taken to the ongoing covid-19 situation. We would be happy to stay here again.
