Staff was excellent as always! Location is great! I’ve stayed here many , many times now. The laundry room didn’t work very well and needs upgrading. 2 washing machines/2 dryers. The first washing machine took my money but did not work. Maintenance staff retrieved my money and got the other machine to work. But after a wash there was still something all over my load of clothes. Not sure if it was soap or lint? So I paid for a second wash, plus extra for an extra rinse. Same result. Still something all over my load of clothes. So $6 + $7 for a total of $13AUD but still needed to be washed again. I hung them dry and packed them when I left to rewash somewhere else.

I have stayed here probably roughly a dozen times give or take. Staff is very professional & helpful! One of the management(Lynnette) remembered me from past stays. She went above & beyond to help me print some travel documents I needed as well as looked up information for local shopping needs I had. Last night apon check-in there was a young Asian women( that claimed she was a international student) yelling and screaming at staff. She Threw a large glass plant bowl that also contained rocks & marbles, across the Check in desk at one of the clerks and shattered it all over the area. She continued to threaten 2 staff members as well as making approximently 8-10 guests trying to check in, very uncomfortable. The Staff kept their composure while they continued to assist the guests. The police were eventually called and the women was removed. I was very impressed how professional the staff was thought the incident.

Overnight stay at Ibis Sydney Airport prior to overseas flight next day. Good value for a basic hotel room.

very noisy room, a little dusty, it attacked my allergy

I can hardly believe this is an ibis. This is definitely the worst ibis I have ever stayed at. First, we booked a king-size room, but when we arrived, they said there were no rooms available and downgraded us to a queen. Parking and pets both cost extra, and in the end, we spent nearly $300 for this kind of room. The room is on the ground floor, very small, with one side of the bed against the wall. The bathroom is a bit terrifying, and the desk is so tiny that we had to put our things on the floor. Two people eating instant noodles can only do so with their heads tilted. The TV is on the side of the bed. Are you expecting guests to tilt their heads to eat and watch TV? If you enjoy horror-themed bathrooms and waking up with a stiff neck, you might want to try this room.

Very convenient

I arrived in my room at ibis to find toilet blocked with toilet paper and blue paper. I asked an extremely rude supervisor and had to wait for 20 minutes to have it fixed, and had to wait that time in room to use toilet. Asked for discount on parking and tge ryde supervisor said No. That I only had to wait 5 minutes. Soooo rude.. soooo disgusting.. never again.. !!!!!!

It was ok for our nights needs for early morning flight. I would use the hotel again. Nothing fancy beds were comfortable and clean and on site parking.

It's affordable accommodation near an airport. Shuttle bus was easy. You're staying there to be near the airport, that's it. Not luxuriate in mod cons or impress someone. Fine for what it is.

Modern (recently renovated) hotel; clean, compact but comfortable room, excellent value; close to domestic airport (thirty-minute walk), yet quiet—no traffic noise and could barely hear planes taking off or landing; good restaurant for dinner; good breakfast, but not cheap at $32 for full breakfast. Overall, highly recommended for a no-fuss overnight stay near Sydney’s domestic airport.
