Great value, close to eveurhting in Fayetteville, 6 minutes from U of A campus. Free breakfast did not disappoint. Will return for game nights.

The counter was not cleaned because there was dry toothpaste by the faucet. A small worm crawling in the bathroom. Footprints could be seen on floor.

It started out fine on Friday evening the 15th, though finding mold on the bedside lampshade was a little surprising; tepid water for shower Saturday morning @7 a little surprising, but fine on the 17th. The major disappointment was being awakened around 6 AM on Sunday the 17th by workers loud talking, playing music, drilling and sawing concrete and tile for pool repairs. Then walking to our car across a parking lot with concrete wash water all over.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed, a place close to Razorback stadium. Very accommodating to our needs.

The bathroom wall was painted yellow and toward the bottom was whil as if someone was trying to paint the bathroom.

Was upset that our check-in time was almost an hour after the check-in time being 3pm. Wasn’t given enough towels. They charged us the day before we got there and made it a big deal AND then charged me $50 more. Definitely won’t be back.

The noisy springs in our mattress kept me awake during the nights. Corporate alerted the staff about the problem, but nothing was done about it. No housekeeping services were done during our two days stay. No clean towels and wash cloths were provided, neither were clean sheets. The sink was stopped up. Those extra tiny soaps didn’t last two days. The steps leading up to the second floor are very dangerous at one point, so much so someone is going to trip over them eventually. The room was dirty & smelt musty. The lamp, light switches & t.v. were filthy. I took a shower & after walking around on the floor the bottoms of my feet were dirty. GROSS!

the bed squeaked like crazy on the left side like the frame was coming apart, the hair dryer did not work or the plug in beside it, the shower had standing water in it when we got in the room and the bottom looked like it was coming apart.. we come here a lot was very disappointed with my stay this time..

This room was filthy! Throw up in the ice bucket, and on the chair, nasty sink and bathroom and dried up fluid on the floor! We were discussed!! Front desk person was slow and not very understanding. We couldn’t even walk into a lobby, my husband had to stand outside to talk with him! So unacceptable!! We felt very very unsafe!!!!!
