The room was amazing, the pool has a water slide which was awesome, big bathroom. One Big problem, Hotels.com doesnt state that there is a $100 deposit for the room, which it should at least say online or mention it that you need that at checkin....i had to borrow $20 just to get it done because the hotel was charged already to my account and i only had 81 bucks left on my card....the hotel is very understanding and will allow a mixture of cash and cards, great service, great amenities...overall great experience at the hotel. Hotels.com needs to add a section about deposits needed upon check in, fhat was not cool on the websites part

When we arrived there was a layer of ice in front if the entrance posing a fall hazard and it went down from there. Our room was not cleaned well including crusted feces in the toilet, dirty tub and something hard and crusted on the TV screen and several of the pictures on the wall. House cleaning came to the room to address these issues after I spoke with a woman at the front desk who seemed like I was a nuisance. Next morning we went to the breakfast area to find many of the tables stained and dirty. While we were there we watched staff clean a table with a napkin that was left there from the person who used the table last. Guess that explains the dirty tables. Breakfast was good but the food handling was not. When refilling the hot items no gloves or hair nets were used. Lastly we get a notification that the hot tub is out of order until the following Monday. Used to be a decent place but has gone downhill.

The WiFi for watching Netflix would go out quite a bit … the kiddy pool (which was a big reason we chose this hotel) was freezing … but.. it was nice to have breakfast each morning … and the bed was comfortable .. staff was friendly .

Nice pool area w/slide for kiddos. Hot breakfast, including waffle maker. Hotel was clean and updated without being overly priced. Staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Convenient location for a quick overnight stop on our trip.

For an older building it was in pretty good condition. No elevator so that was hard on going up to 2nd floor with suitcases etc. The room was more than adequate - we didn't like the fact bathroom had no actual door. The pillows were too small and not at all comfortable.

The shower curtain was turning orange and molding. There was a spider in my towel. THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT for any damage with no warning of doing so. They did refund it in just over 24 hours of check out. I think we’re done with Wyndham.

The air conditioning is terrible. The humidity in our room was so high that all of the bedding felt damp. The floor was so wet we had to wear shoes at all times. The AC ran constantly but could not lower the humidity.
Despite checking in online with a 3 pm arrival, our room was not ready until 3:30. The staff had limited English proficiency and spoke to each other loudly in their language while checking us in.
The cleaning products used in the room were so strong smelling it gave me a headache and slightly upset stomach.

I was hopeful this hotel would be nice but it was gross! There was mold in the shower in multiple spots. The carpet felt wet for our entire stay. The pool area was terrible! The water was gloomy and dirty. The jets in the hot tub did not work. One positive was the breakfast, it was nice and simple. The staff was okay. A few were nice, a few were unfriendly. The property is decent. It felt relatively safe, its in an area with other mid range and budget range hotels on the street. We arrived around 11pm when we checked in and wasen't worried about any rif-raf etc.
The hotel itself smells of the pool that is attached and I can understand how some review say its musky smelling, my guess is the humidity from the pool over time. We had our fan running in the room all the time and it wasen't bad overall.

Breakfast was decent, two waffle makers, some hot food, eggs and sausages mainly. Toaster with various breads, cereal etc. Check the bread or cereal before eating some may be stale... The caraff coffee was surprisingly pretty good and they have the nice creamers so a plus to that.

I have some mobility issues, and asked for a first floor room - and was told none were available and that the hotel has no elevator. I said I would then need to cancel, as I am not able to go up and down stairs, especially with a suitcase. The manager stepped in and showed the person at the front desk how to release a first floor room to me. I shouldn’t have had to go through all of this, especially with others standing behind me in line. Staff should be better trained to be able to accommodate guest needs.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the frame was loose. It rattled and made a ton of noise with every movement.
