The outside sitting area by the doors.

It was filthy. The grounds around the property were littered with trash, the parking lot had weeds growing in it, our carpet was disgustingly dirty, the window was filthy, the slider window was broken, it smelled bad, and the beds were uncomfortable.

This property is a hidden gem. It has a great location and accessibility to an amazing bar and restaurant "Crooked Pint Ale House" You must try their Lucy's (burgers with melted cheese) it was amazing. There are a lot of convenient stores and restaurants nearby making the stay even more comfortable. The beds were fresh and well maintained. The breakfast was well stocked, refilled and clean.

It was very comfortable and the location was easy to get to and had easy access to almost everything.

They only provide cleaning every 3 days, but we were only there for 2.

Everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, it's was clean, the breakfast was good and loved the Jacuzzi after a very long drive.

Need towel bars to hang towels after use. Also need robe hook by shower to hang towel or pajamas/underwear when showering.

Family-style rooms. I liked how there were bunk beds available for our kids, with a sliding door away from main bedroom area.

The hotel is run down and things like the washrooms were very outdated. I opted not to give the kids a bath because of the state of the bathtub. Laundry only available until 8:30 PM, so we were unable to use it as it was full from the time we checked in until 8:30.

The temperature of the room when we first arrived. It was set at like 62 and was freezing in there.

We did not get the room we were expecting. The description of the room at the time of booking was a jacuzzi suite and we ended up with a regular king room for the same price.

Front desk was nice though flustered. They seemed to be understaffed with all the activity in town and that was reflected in the rushed check-in.

They placed us in a second floor room that had an open window to the bar below. We could close the curtain but there was no soundproofing. We could hear the poker chips rattling below, the yelling, and every conversation. We called to see if another room was available but they were fully booked. The front desk mentioned they could ask them to turn the music down at 10:30 PM but we couldn't even hear the music over the yelling/talking and bar patrons below. We spent maybe 5 minutes in the room calling other hotels to find another place to sleep. If you want to get some sleep and have privacy, I wouldn't gamble on this location since they might place you in the bar.
