A quiet hotel, conveniently located right in the centre of the town. Helpful front office. Where it fell short was very poor room service.

The room was small and not particularly well laid out, but the premises were clean and the location was convenient. Internet service worked well. The breakfast option, at CHF22/day, seemed expensive and was not tried.

Overpriced for a 3 star hotel as hotel was run down and looking tired. Room faced an office building and had no sheets for privacy, towels old, bed outdated, shower stall vey small with high ledge and small opening, carpets in corridors has stains and needed replacing. Also very noisy neighbourhood! At best only worth $100-120 per night!

The room we booked online had a different view and picture. When we booked ourselves in, we were given a room on the 3rd floor while my brother's family was given a room on the 4th floor. The rooms were very different even though we booked the same type of room. The room on the third floor had dirty carpet and hardly any space. When I complained, I was told that all other rooms were sold out. I was going to stay at a different hotel the next day and was then given a room on the 5th floor which was more updated so I did not change the hotel. Look at the attached picture of the carpet from the 3rd floor. It was extremely dirty and sticky. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed for 1 night; The staff were very kind and helpful; very close and walkable to the heart of Lucerne; A delicious breakfast buffet. Overall pretty good, except our room was a bit small. We are a family of 3 and were on a 3 week vacation, so we had big bags and a little more room would've been nice.

I put a thermostat app on my phone to see how hot it was in the room and it registered at 84 degrees F. I had called the front desk twice about the temperature, but nothing was done. There was also mold growing in the shower. I would stay at a different hotel as this hotel was in sufficient for the purposes of sleeping. Bjorn at the front desk was very pleasant when checking in.
