Everything was excellent. Really good communication before arrival with video's of how to get in and where to go. Location is perfect for exploring all the wonderful city of Bologna has to offer, literally in the main square. Windows didn't let any street noise in and room was clean and very big.
Would definitely come back the next time we visit.

Terrible check-in process. Wasted too much time trying to drop my luggage and check-in within the prescribed check-in window. Not recommended.

s barely any assistance for guests. We were basically told they couldn’t find us a taxi for our departure so we would just have to find one on the fly. We were promised that restaurant recommendations would be sent to us and we never received them. The AC would not get cool even when turned all the way down- we were told it just takes awhile. It never got cooler. Great location but if you require attentive service this is not the place! Would not stay here again

Had an amazing 2night stay in San Petronio room. Check in was easy,thanks you Olivia for all you help. Super clean,AC was much needed and a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Regrettably,
1) there were no hand sanitizer at the entrance
and people showing the room did not use sanitizer or gloves.
During the check-in nobody instructed me
2) on the Wi-Fi,
3) how to proper close the door with the card, and
4) on the time and procedure for check-out.
The place is very centric and conveniently located.

The location was excellent. The windows were amazing in that shut out all the street noise. Availability to have tea and coffee in the AM was appreciated. The breakfast at the cafe around the corner required a wait as the cafe must be very popular. Would have preferred a discounted price rather than the breakfast voucher

Great location, very comfortable, air conditioning worked well in the sweltering heat, and the shower pressure was great - all the things I care about. Letizia was very helpful and kind. And I had a balcony. Highly recommend the hotel.
Be aware there is no reception so arrangements have to be made beforehand to check in, but it was very smooth.
