This property was wonderful. Alessandra made sure the room was perfect for us. The restaurant was fresh.. and we ate 3 meals a day there... all delicious. The pool was a fine size, but always in heavy use. Staff was wonderful, i will only stay here in the future.

The staff in general was very helpful. In particular I appreciated the help from the front desk staff in helping me get the type of room my wife had hoped for.

Staff is friendly and helpful
Only issue is the closure of nearby streets for some strange reason

Property is conveniently located to many places to visit within walking distance. Pretty safe area. The only complaint I had was in regards to old linens (bed, towels) but as soon as I made management aware of it they corrected it for me immediately which was very pleasant.

Office center was nice but no printer is available.
Staff is excellent, courteous, and professional. Overall a great place to stay with amazing views of the boats and water.
Restaurant is good too, I reccomend the Fajitas!

We enjoyed our stay, even when it was just to sleep and take shower because our goal was to be out to know the city.
Personnel was nice with us. There is valet parking service and bell boy but I decide to avoid them because of covid reasons.
I like it’s location, close to La Parroquia coffee, the Mercado de artesanías the harbor.
The facilities are pretty, the building isn’t new but it’s in good shape, it’s pretty.
I would stay there again.
